Khairullah Parhar Freelance Reporter Arrest GDI Jan 7 Jalalabad On December 14, 2022, Parhar's cell phone was confiscated by members of the GDI at the cricket stadium in Jalalabad. Subsequently, on January 9, 2023, he received a summons from the authorities to retrieve his phone in Kabul but was instead detained upon arrival.
